do i need a lexware account?
Yes. Konsole Planung accesses your existing documents (quotes, order confirmations, invoices). Important: API access requires at least a **Lexware Pro** account — the smaller tiers do not include the API.
what happens to my data?
Hosting in the EU at Supabase (Frankfurt) and Hetzner (Falkenstein). Lexware tokens are encrypted and stored in Supabase Vault. Chat attachments live in a private Hetzner-S3 bucket with signed URLs (TTL 60 min). DPA contracts are available for download in the admin area.
can i connect konsole planung with other tools?
Webhooks (incoming / outgoing) are included in the Pro plan. An open REST API is in the works. Direct integrations for Slack, Notion and Google Calendar are slated for Q3 2026.
how does the client access work?
External users only see projects they're assigned to. They don't see prices or team chat — only their own posts and replies to them, plus messages where they're directly mentioned with @name. Status is shown simplified — in progress / done / paid.
does it run on mobile?
Yes, the board is responsive. Native apps for iOS and Android are planned for summer 2026 — with push notifications for mentions and replies.
can i cancel monthly?
Anytime at the end of the month. You can export all your data as a zip (json + original file attachments).
